It is just what I found so far, shared in case it is useful to someone else.</p> <p>There are broader overviews out there. <a href="https://www.smartnation.gov.sg/citizen-engagement/engagement-programmes/smart-nation-engagement-programmes/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Smart Nation&rsquo;s engagement programmes page</a> is useful context for government-linked programmes. Global directories like Civic Tech Field Guide are useful for understanding the wider field. But those were not exactly what I was looking for.</p>
